Green Synthesis of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles from Coriandrum sativum and Their Use as Fertilizer on Bengal Gram, Turkish Gram, and Green Gram Plant Growth

Plant growth and development rely on various factors, including mineral nutrients. Some are macronutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, whereas some micronutrients iron, magnesium, zinc, a few vitamins. This experimental attempt was to check the stimulatory effect of zinc nanoparticles pulse plant growth. The study conducted green synthesis oxide using Coriandrum sativum leaves extract. characterization studied X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission technique (TEM). as fertilizer pulses (Bengal gram, Turkish grams) in vitro. seed germination rate, length root shoot, fresh weight, dry protein chlorophyll content were measured different media for assessment nanoparticle’s effects. confirmed with size around 100 nm by technique. rate plants 100% MS + nanoparticles. present found that length, shoot weight higher followed media, only nanoparticles, without respectively. It is support also increase content. Significantly enhanced evident gram compared Bengal treated estimation results showed after 7 days (1.23 mg/ml), (1.19 (1.26 mg/ml) than roots shoots. application ZnO 12.6 mg/l observed other applications plant’s seedlings. In contrast, absence decreases growth, chlorophyll, confirms assessed from holds implication should function an active biofertilizer.
